College of Islamic Sciences Holds its 4th Council Meeting for the Academic Year 2025–2026
In an atmosphere of optimism and a shared commitment to academic excellence, the Council of the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Anbar convened its fourth session for the 2025–2026 academic year. The meeting was chaired by the Dean, Professor Dr. Ahmed Obaid Jassim, and attended by the Associate Deans for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, Heads of Scientific Departments, the faculty representative, the Council Secretary, and the student representative.
The Dean opened the session with a welcoming address, expressing his appreciation for the Council members' dedicated efforts during the first-semester examinations for both undergraduate and postgraduate studies. He emphasized the necessity of intensifying efforts to enhance the college’s standing in scientific research, innovation, and global academic rankings.
The meeting covered several key scientific, administrative, and educational agendas aimed at developing institutional performance and consolidating academic rigor across all departments. Appropriate resolutions were passed regarding the discussed items to ensure the continued progress of the college's mission.
