The first section: The Fiqh Department strategy and its origins

1.    That the Department of Jurisprudence and its principles be a pioneer in the field of education and research in Islamic sciences to serve the community and achieve the highest standards of quality and academic accreditation in education, rehabilitation and scientific research

2.    Responding to developments and the needs of society, and highlighting Islamic jurisprudence in a way that combines originality and contemporary (and the so -called community service).

 

B- The Section Message:

    The department offers distinguished study programs and a system for scientific research to achieve the aspirations of the beneficiaries, and contributes as a scientific experience in the service of the community, by preparing high -quality graduates to support national development and ensure optimal employment of scientific partnership .

 

 

W- The objectives of the department:

      The goals of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Origins are concentrated to achieve its vision and mission in studying the practical aspect of Islamic legislation, which is to study jurisprudence, its origins, the purposes of Sharia and the Islamic economy, and there are types of goals that fall under his view, which is :

1- Contribute to setting short and long -term strategic plans to implement the college's goals with the lowest effort and short time .

2- Graduating students who are able to consider the issues of jurisprudence and its origins and their application in a manner commensurate with the general purposes of Islamic legislation.  

3- Contributing to spreading religious awareness among members of society and spreading the smell of commitment to the spirit of Sharia .

4- Statement of the bright image of Islamic jurisprudence and focusing on the objective scientific mentality characterized by moderation and moderation.

5- Focus students from strict and deviant currents.

6- Preparing and providing specialized scientific competencies that meet the needs of contemporary Islamic society at home and abroad in the fields of teaching jurisprudence, its origins, the Imamate, rhetoric and advocacy, and the achievement of scientific heritage.

 7- Upgrading the reality of curricula and teaching methods prescribed in the department to suit the requirements and requirements of the times.

8- Preparing an Islamic teacher and researcher who is able to Islamic sciences in general, the sciences of jurisprudence, its origins, the Islamic economy, and the purposes of Sharia in particular .

9- The Islamic character belonging to her religion, country, and nation is distinguished in understanding Islam with a deep understandingً.
