Activité scientifique pour l'unité de conseil psychologique et d'orientation éducative / Séminaire scientifique scientifique
Sous le patronage de M. le Doyen de la Faculté des Sciences Islamiques, le respecté Professeur Dr. Ahmed Obaid Jassim, l'unité de conseil psychologique et d'orientation éducative de la Faculté des Sciences Islamiques a organisé un Séminaire scientifique scientifique intitulé (Les drogues, fléau de l'époque et leurs effets négatifs sur la société) à onze heures du matin le mercredi : 28/2/2024 dans la salle des études supérieures de la Faculté des Sciences Islamiques - Université d'Anbar.
Le Séminaire scientifique était dirigé par : Prof. Dr. Abdul Sattar Ayesh Abdul.
Y ont participé : le professeur de droit : Marwan Muhammad Abdullah / membre de la Direction des affaires des drogues narcotiques et des substances psychotropes à Anbar.
Le professeur intervenant a parlé de la période durant laquelle les drogues sont entrées dans notre pays, l'Irak, et du chemin de leur propagation.
Le professeur intervenant a souligné que l'Irak se trouve dans un environnement continental qui facilite le commerce de telles affaires, en plus du fait qu'il existe des pays qui guettent notre peuple et notre pays pour piéger sa jeunesse dans le piège de l'addiction aux drogues pour plusieurs raisons.
Il a ensuite abordé les effets négatifs résultant de la consommation de drogues et de l'addiction, et a expliqué que ces effets mettent fin à la vie de l'individu pour se refléter ensuite sur la vie de la société qui l'entoure, en plus du fait que la consommation de drogues transforme son utilisateur en une machine sans esprit qui distingue le bien du mal et se livre à des actes.
Des choses qui sont interdites par la loi, la coutume, la loi et la société. Le professeur intervenant a expliqué en détail les lois dissuasives pour ceux qui commercent avec les drogues ou les consomment, car il existe des peines qui vont jusqu'à la peine de mort, car les drogues détruisent l'humanité de l'individu et de la société et les transforment en monstres prédateurs capables de tuer, de voler et de faire des choses qui n'ont aucun lien avec notre religion, notre société et ses coutumes.
Enfin, le professeur a expliqué les moyens les plus importants de lutter contre cette maladie qui épuise la vie de la société et y sème la corruption, puis il a expliqué comment se débarrasser de cette maladie destructrice, appelant les jeunes à faire preuve de prudence et de vigilance face à tout ce qui pourrait les éloigner du chemin droit et de la voie saine que notre loi islamique appelle à suivre en interdisant tous les maux et les intoxicants pour que les gens puissent vivre en sécurité, en paix, en santé et en bien-être.
Le Séminaire scientifique a été assisté par le Doyen de la Faculté, le Doyen adjoint des sciences, le Doyen adjoint des sciences administratives, le responsable de l'unité de conseil de la faculté, un certain nombre de professeurs éminents et un grand groupe d'étudiants de la faculté. Les interventions, questions et commentaires des participants ont enrichi le Séminaire scientifique par les idées et informations utiles qu'ils ont fournies.

Scientific activity for the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit/scientific Séminaire scientifique Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences, the respected Professor Dr. Ahmed Obaid Jassim, the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the College of Islamic Sciences held a scientific Séminaire scientifique entitled (Drugs are the scourge of the era and their negative effects on society) at eleven o’clock in the morning on Wednesday: 2/28/2024 in the study hall. Graduate degree in the College of Islamic Sciences - Anbar University. The Séminaire scientifique was moderated by: Prof. Dr. Abdul Sattar Ayesh Abdul. The lecture was attended by: Legal Professor: Marwan Muhammad Abdullah / member of the Directorate of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Affairs in Anbar. The lecturer spoke about the time period in which drugs entered our country, Iraq, and the way they spread. The lecturer emphasized that Iraq is located in a continental environment where it is easy to trade in such matters, in addition to the fact that there are countries that are lurking around our people and our country to lure their youth into the trap of drug addiction for several reasons. He then touched on the negative effects that result from drug abuse and addiction, and explained that these effects end the life of the individual and are then reflected in the life of the society that surrounds him, in addition to the fact that drug abuse makes its owner a machine without a mind that distinguishes right from wrong and proceeds to do something. Things that are forbidden by law, custom, law and society. The lecturer explained at some length the deterrent laws for those who trade in drugs or abuse them. There are sentences that reach the point of death because drugs destroy the humanity of the individual and society and turn them into predatory monsters who can kill, steal, and do things that have no connection to our religion, our society, and its customs. In the end, the lecturer explained the most important means of confronting this disease, which exhausts the life of society and causes corruption. Then he explained how to get rid of this destructive disease, calling on young people to be cautious and wary of everything that might lead them to stray from the true path and the sound path that our Islamic law calls for when it prohibited All evils and intoxicants so that people can live in safety, security, health and well-being. The Séminaire scientifique was attended by the Dean of the College, the Assistant Dean of Science, the Assistant Dean of Administrative Sciences, the head of the Guidance Unit at the College, a number of distinguished professors, and a large group of college students. The interventions, questions, and comments of the attendees enriched the Séminaire scientifique with the ideas and useful information they provided. Below are pictures from the Séminaire scientifique:نشاط علمي لوحدة الإرشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي/ ندوة علمية برعاية السيد عميد كلية العلوم الاسلامية الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد عبيد جاسم المحترم عقدت وحدة الارشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي في كلية العلوم الاسلامية ندوة علمية بعنوان (المخدرات آفة العصر وأثارها السلبية في المجتمع) في الساعة الحادية عشرة صباح يوم الأربعاء: 28/2/2024 وعلى قاعة الدراسات العليا في كلية العلوم الاسلامية – جامعة الأنبار. كانت الندوة بإدارة: أ.د. عبدالستار عايش عبد . وقد حاضر فيها: الأستاذ الحقوقي: مروان محمد عبدالله / منتسب في مديرية شؤون المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية في الأنبار. تكلم فيها الاستاذ المحاضر عن الحقبة الزمنية التي دخلت فيه المخدرات إلى بلدنا العراق وطريق انتشارها. وركز الاستاذ المحاضر على أن العراق يقع في محيط قاري يسهل منه المتاجرة في مثل هكذا أمور بالإضافة الى أن هناك من الدول من يتربص بشعبنا وبلدنا ليوفع شبابه في مصيدة الإدمان على المخدرات لأسباب عدة. ثم تطرق بعد ذلك إلى الآثار السلبية التي تنتج جراء تعاطي المخدرات والادمان عليها، وبين أن تلك الآثار تنهي حياة الفرد لتنعكس بعد ذلك على حياة المجتمع الذي يحيط به، بالإضافة إلى أن تعاطي المخدرات تجعل من صاحبها آلة دون عقل يميز الخطأ من الصواب فيقدم على فعل أمور محرمة شرعا وعرفا وقانونا واجتماعيا. وبين الاستاذ المحاضر بشيءٍ من الاسهاب القوانين الرادعة لمن يتاجر بالمخدرات أو يتعاطاها، فهناك أحكام تصل إلى حد الاعدام لأن المخدرات تفتك بإنسانية الفرد والمجتمع وتجعله وحشا كاسراً يستطيع أن يقتل ويسرق ويفعل أشياءً لا تمت إلى ديننا ومجتمعنا وأعرافه بأي صلة . وفي النهاية بيَّنَ السيد المحاضر أهم وسائل مجابهة هذا المرض الذي ينهك حياة المجتمع ويعيث فيه الفساد، ثم أوضح كيفية التخلص من هذا المرض الهدام داعيا الشباب إلى أخذ الحيطة والحذر من كل ما من شأنه الابتعاد عن الطريق الصحيح والسبيل السليم الذي تدعو إليه شريعتنا الاسلامية حين حرمت كل المنكرات والمسكرات ليعيش الناس بأمن وأمان وصحة وعافية. وحضر الندوة السيد عميد الكلية ومعاون العميد العلمي ومعاون العميد الاداري ومسؤول وحدة الارشاد في الكلية وعددٌ من الأساتذة الأفاضل وجمعٌ كبيرٌ من طلبة الكلية، وقد أَثْرَتْ مداخلاتُ وسؤالات وتعقيباتُ السادة الحضور الندوة بما قدموه من أفكار ومعلومات مفيدة. وفيما يأتي صور من الندوة:
